Legal
Terms and Conditions
Effective 22 October 2026.
These terms govern your use of Sendr. They are a working agreement rather than a formality: the sections below describe what the service does for you, what it expects from you, and what happens with payments, limits and cancellations.
1.Accepting these terms
By connecting a Gmail account to Sendr, or by using the service in any way, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not connect an account or send through the service.
You must be legally able to enter into an agreement in your country, and you must be the person entitled to use the Gmail account you connect. Sendr identifies you by that mailbox, so sharing a connected session is the same as sharing your email.
2.What Sendr is — and what it is not
Sendr is an email outreach tool. It helps you prepare personalized messages, reuse templates, keep contact lists in order, queue a campaign, and send those messages through your own Gmail account, one recipient at a time, at the delay you choose. It records what happened to each message so you can see progress and retry failures.
Once a message leaves your Gmail account it belongs to the exchange between you and the recipient. Sendr cannot read replies, so it cannot act on them, remind you about them, or confirm they arrived in an inbox rather than in spam.
3.Your responsibilities
- Send only what you are allowed to send. The messages are sent from your account and appear to come from you; you are responsible for their content and for the consequences of sending them.
- Respect the people you contact. Write to professors and institutions for a genuine academic purpose, identify yourself honestly, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to.
- No impersonation or deception. Do not send as another person, forge a sender identity, misrepresent your affiliation, or use Sendr for phishing, fraud, malware or credential harvesting.
- No bulk unsolicited mail. Sendr is for outreach you have a reason to make, not for advertising lists. You must comply with the anti-spam rules that apply to you and to the recipient, and with any restriction a recipient's institution places on incoming mail.
- Lawful content only. Do not use the service for anything unlawful, and only attach documents you have the right to send.
4.Your Gmail account and Google's rules
Sending permission comes from Google, not from us. Your use of Gmail stays subject to Google's terms and policies, and Gmail applies its own sending limits and spam judgements independently of Sendr.
The authorization Sendr requests permits sending only, plus basic account identity — it does not allow reading your mailbox. You can revoke it at any time, either from the email section of Settings or from your Google Account's security page, and revoking it stops delivery through Sendr immediately.
5.Daily allowances and sending limits
Every plan carries a limit on how many sending attempts you may make per UTC calendar day. The limit is counted by the server, which reserves an attempt before a message is handed to Gmail — a browser-side claim about your allowance has no effect. The plan names, prices and allowances that apply to you are the ones shown on the pricing page for your signed-in account.
- An attempt counts when it is made. A message that fails, or whose outcome cannot be confirmed, still consumes an attempt. The allowance is not refunded automatically, because a failed hand-off may still have reached Gmail.
- The counter resets at midnight UTC, not at your local midnight.
- Pause, resume, cancel and retry are yours to use; a cancelled job is not sent, and a retry of an already-delivered recipient is refused so the same professor cannot receive your message twice.
- Do not work around the limits. Connecting several mailboxes to multiply an allowance, or hammering the API to send beyond it, breaches these terms.
Allowances and plan structure may change. When they do, the figures shown in the app are the ones that apply to you.
6.How campaigns are handled
Your contact lists, templates, variables and drafts live in your browser. A campaign you start is turned into one queue job per recipient and processed in order, with the delay you configured, by the service's worker.
Placeholders are filled from each recipient's own details. If a message still contains an unresolved variable such as {placeholder}, it is not sent unless you explicitly choose to send it as written — that choice is recorded on the campaign.
Because the library stays local to your browser, clearing site data, using a different device or a private window starts from an empty workspace. The delivery records the service keeps still describe the emails it sent for you.
7.Attachments
Attachments are checked on the server for allowed type, individual size, total size and count per message, and rejected before storage if they fail. An upload that never becomes part of a campaign is deleted automatically after a short window; a file that belongs to a campaign stays with it until the campaign no longer needs it, and is released when you delete that campaign. You keep all rights to what you attach, and you are responsible for being entitled to send it.
8.Plans, payment and activation
Sendr is offered as a free tier and paid tiers. Payment is made by transferring the amount shown in the app to the account details displayed there, then submitting the transaction reference and a screenshot of the transfer for review.
- Uploading proof does not activate anything. Paid access begins only when an administrator verifies the transfer and approves the submission.
- Prices, durations and allowances are set on the server and presented in the app. A request cannot change the plan it asks for or the amount due; the amount recorded is the one that was displayed when the submission was created.
- A monthly subscription runs for the stated number of days from activation and then ends by itself; continuing costs a fresh transfer and a fresh approval.
- A lifetime subscription is a one-time payment for paid access with no expiry date.
- Bank and wallet charges charged by your payment provider for making the transfer are yours to pay.
9.Cancellations and refunds
Cancelling a paid subscription from inside the app ends paid access under the cancellation policy shown to you at that moment, and the daily allowance drops to whatever the free tier provides. Your history and delivery records stay available, because they describe emails that were actually sent.
- Because access is granted manually, there is no recurring charge to stop: Sendr never stores a payment instrument and never takes money by itself.
- A lifetime purchase is not revoked by a button click. A request to cancel it is recorded and needs an authorized decision before anything changes.
- Refunds are not automatic. If a submission is rejected, no access is granted and you keep whatever your transfer actually cost you; if you believe a transfer was credited wrongly, raise it through the Help page and the administrator reviewing it decides. Where applicable law gives you a withdrawal or refund right, that law applies.
10.Prohibited conduct
- attempting to access another person's account, records, mailbox authorization or admin area;
- sharing your connected session, reselling access, or giving another person your credentials;
- probing, scraping, overloading or deliberately disrupting the service, including its rate limits;
- circumventing daily allowances or the checks placed on attachments and campaigns;
- supplying a false identity, a false user id, or a payment proof that is not genuine;
- using the service to send unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or to harvest other people's data;
- reverse engineering the application to extract credentials, tokens or other users' records.
11.Availability and changes
The service is provided without an uptime guarantee. Maintenance, deployment, hosting changes and capacity limits can make sending unavailable, and a queued campaign continues where it stopped rather than being lost. Features may be added, changed or removed; if a change materially affects what you paid for, tell us through the Help page and we will address it in the context of your own plan.
12.Ownership of content and brand
Your contacts, templates, drafts, campaign text and attachments remain yours. You grant Sendr only the permission needed to do the job you asked for: store the queue, render the message, and hand it to Gmail for delivery. Nothing in these terms gives us a broader right to your content, and we claim no ownership of it.
The Sendr name, logo and interface remain ours. Gmail and Google are trademarks of Google LLC, and this service is not sponsored, endorsed or affiliated with Google.
13.Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by disconnecting your Gmail account. We may suspend or stop providing the service to an account that breaches these terms, abuses the limits, submits false payment proof, or puts the service or other users at risk; where it is practical we will tell you through the app or the connected address. Ending access does not erase the delivery records of messages already sent — those are the history of what happened — and you can ask for their removal under the Privacy Policy.
14.Disclaimers
Sendr is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. In particular, we do not warrant that an email will be delivered to an inbox rather than to spam, that a recipient will respond, that a plan will remain unchanged, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Sendr offers no educational, immigration, financial or legal advice. Decisions you make about universities, supervisors, applications, costs or visas are yours, and nothing written in this app constitutes a recommendation that one will succeed.
15.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sendr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including lost opportunities, rejected applications, reputational harm, or the suspension of a Gmail account — and our total liability for anything arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid for it in the three months before the event you complain about. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as your local law permits.
16.Indemnity
If a complaint, claim or legal action arises from content you sent through the service, from your use of a mailbox you were not entitled to use, or from your breach of these terms, you are responsible for it, and you will cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
17.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the disputes courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over them, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Sendr about the service, and a failure to enforce one clause is not a waiver of it.
18.Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product changes. This page is the version in force, dated at the top (22 October 2026); a change is effective when it is published here, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept it. If a change reduces an allowance or a right you are already paying for, raise it through the Help page.
19.Contact
Questions about these terms, a payment review, a cancellation or a privacy request all go through the Help page inside the app, where the support channel for this deployment is listed. Include the campaign or transaction reference you are asking about so the answer can be found without guessing.
Read this together with Privacy Policy — the two documents are published as a pair.
