Compose
The composer keeps every message addressed to a single recipient and lets you drop variables straight into the subject and body, so each professor reads a message written for them.
Your ambitions are big. Your workflow shouldn't slow you down.
Writing individual emails to dozens of professors takes hours and delays other important application tasks.
Automate repetitive email tasks using reusable templates and personalized messages.
Searching university websites, collecting professor contacts, and organizing research interests across countries can become confusing.
Organize professor contacts and outreach campaigns in one place so students can manage their research and communication more efficiently.
Sending the same generic message to every professor may fail to demonstrate a meaningful connection with their research.
Customize reusable templates for each recipient, academic background, and research interest.
Switching between spreadsheets, email drafts, and university websites creates repetitive work and unnecessary mistakes.
Reduce repetitive copying, pasting, and formatting through a more organized email workflow.
Managing sent emails, pending messages, and failed deliveries manually makes it difficult to understand campaign progress.
Use Sendr's existing campaign interface to monitor queued, sent, failed, and pending emails.
When contacting many professors, remembering previous messages and deciding what to do next becomes challenging.
Keep contacts and email history organized and use available tracking features to manage the next steps.

Trust & Control
Sendr is a workflow tool for your own outreach. Here is what it does today, stated plainly.
Sendr builds a separate email for each professor instead of putting your whole list in one shared To field, so every message reads as an individual enquiry.
Gmail is connected through Google's own sign-in. The tokens that keep that connection alive are encrypted on the backend and are never passed to the browser.
Each plan's daily sending allowance is reserved by the server before an email is handed to Gmail, so the limit is a real number rather than a promise.
Emails you prepare are queued in your own browser first. Nothing leaves until you start the run, and you can pause, resume, cancel or retry it.
Documents you attach are validated by their actual bytes, size and filename on the server, then delivered as real files with the email.
Each delivery attempt is stored with its status, provider message id and failure reason, so a confusing send can be traced instead of guessed at.
Plans, prices and daily allowances are shown on the pricing page and enforced by the backend. Paid access begins only after an authorized review of your payment.
Contacts, templates and drafts live in your browser's local database. The server only receives what is needed to deliver the emails you start.
